Understanding the Problem
When I joined the project, it was clear from user feedback and analytics that FTE’s platform needed a makeover. Users were dropping off during the booking process, and there was confusion over delivery statuses. Our goal was to create a solution that not only met user expectations but also aligned with industry standards for user-friendly logistics platforms.
Prototypes
After several iterations and rounds of feedback, we developed high-fidelity prototypes that showcased a revamped booking process and enhanced tracking features. Incorporating usability testing insights, we fine-tuned every detail to ensure a seamless user experience.

Next Steps and Learnings
Reflecting on my internship experience, I gained valuable insights into the iterative nature of UX/UI design and the collaborative effort required to deliver impactful solutions. Although I didn’t witness the project’s completion, I left with a deeper understanding of user-centered design principles and their application in real-world projects. Moving forward, I aim to apply these learnings to future endeavors, emphasizing continuous improvement and user-focused innovation.
